We currently service Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and surrounds. Our service area grows as we grow so if you have a site that falls outside of these locations, contact us for a chat!
If I lease my premises, can I still do this?
Yes however if you relocate sites, you may be subject to a relocation fee and while your data will be retained, there will be some impacts on how we can compare and analyse the data from the two sites. If you’re planning to relocate, contact us so we can find a solution that has the least impact.
How do I know if my business if suitable for your hardware?
We can find a way for our software to work on anything. One of our expert electricians will be able to confirm this with a simple snapshot of your switchboard. Send it through to info@energyallies.com.au so we can take a look.
Are your installers certified?
Yes, all of our installers are licensed electricians.

What do the reports include?
We provide a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the data we have collected through the hardware installed onsite, and the baseline and benchmark data we have collected. We use three indicators- consumption in kWh, emissions in cO2, and cost in AUD$ to explain current state, changes, and potential future state scenarios based on our recommended interventions.
There is a lot of technical information in this report but it is visualised in a way that provides clear insights into areas that need improvement. We finish off the report with recommendations for change based on your business needs and priorities.
Why does my business need to understand its energy consumption?
Everyone knows you can’t manage what you don’t measure. Understanding your energy consumption puts you in control so you can save on costs, reduce your carbon footprint, and fulfill certification/ reporting requirements.

Does your service include energy brokerage?
Commercial energy brokerage is a complex area and we partner with a leader in this field to provide our customers with expert advice. Once we have baselined your energy consumption and gathered enough data, we make recommendations for the highest impact and often this is through renegotiating your energy deal. This is when we connect you with our energy broker partner who will review your baseline and provide an obligation free quote.
My company wants obtain a NABERS rating or wishes to pursue / renew B Corp Certification and I am having trouble with the energy component. Can you help with this?

I require energy data that is specific to my reporting requirements. Can you help with this?
Yes! We understanding the reporting world and our software is able to aggregate, disaggregate, sort, filter and find any data you will need. We have recently reviewed the major reporting frameworks and are committed to aligning our services to meet these evolving needs.
How much will it cost and how will I be charged?
The price you pay will depend on which package you select. Upon signing up you will be charged the installation fee only. Once we have installed the hardware in your switchboard, your subscription term will begin and you will be charged your monthly fee from then. You will be able to choose to pay by credit card or direct debit from your bank account.
